JotMaster ("we", "us") is an Apple Watch app and companion service that records meetings you choose to record, transcribes them, and emails the results to you. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

We do not sell your data, show ads, or use third-party analytics or tracking.
You are responsible for complying with applicable recording-consent laws in your location and obtaining consent from meeting participants where required.
Account data and usage metadata are retained while your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, email noah97carpenter@gmail.com from your registered address; we will confirm deletion within 30 days. Recordings stored on your watch are under your control and deletable in the app.
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). API keys and tokens are stored as managed secrets. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to the email above.
JotMaster is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We'll post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date.
